How do I book a session?
Browse hosts, pick an available date that works for you, complete a short intake form telling the host about your interest, and pay securely via Stripe. Your card is authorised but not charged until the host confirms — usually within a few hours.
What happens if the host doesn't confirm?
If the host doesn't confirm within 48 hours, your booking is automatically cancelled and your payment authorisation is released. You'll receive an email notification and can book with another host.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 72 hours or more before the session and you receive a full refund. Cancel between 24–72 hours before and you receive 50% back. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
How are hosts vetted?
Every host completes identity verification and a background check through Stripe Identity before their profile goes live. Hosts are approved by our team and must maintain positive reviews to remain listed.
Is the session virtual or in-person?
It depends on the host. Each profile clearly states whether they offer virtual sessions, in-person sessions, or both. Virtual sessions use a Zoom link that's automatically generated when your booking is confirmed.
How do payouts work for hosts?
Guests pay upfront when booking. When you mark the session complete, 90% of the session price is transferred to your connected Stripe account. The remaining 10% is Triarole's platform fee.
What if something goes wrong during or after the session?
Contact us at support@triarole.com and we'll help resolve it. Disputes can also be raised directly from your booking detail page. We review all disputes within 2 business days.
How do I become a host?
Click "Become a host" in the navigation, complete the application form, and our team will review it. Approved hosts receive an email with next steps to connect their Stripe account and set up their profile.
Safety or dispute issue?
If you experienced a safety concern or need to dispute a session, email support@triarole.com with your booking ID and a brief description. You can also open a dispute directly from your booking detail page.
