- Who are the hosts?
- Working professionals — plumbers, lawyers, architects, marketers — who have applied to Triarole and passed our full verification pipeline. They set their own price and availability. We take 10%; they keep 90%.
- What exactly happens during the four hours?
- It varies by host, but typically includes a mix of watching them work, joining real meetings or calls (with client permission), hands-on tasks relevant to their role, and open Q&A. The host designs their session format in advance — you can read it on their profile.
- What if the host cancels?
- If a host cancels, you receive a full refund automatically. If you cancel 72+ hours before the session, you also receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours receive a 50% refund.
- Is this a job interview or mentorship?
- Neither. It's an observation. Hosts are not evaluating you for a job, and there's no ongoing relationship expected. The goal is an honest, realistic look at a career — good days and bad.
- What if I have a bad experience?
- Leave an honest review and, if something went genuinely wrong, open a dispute through your booking page. Our admin team reviews all disputes within 48 hours.
