Common questions
How much can I earn per session?+
You set your own rate — anywhere from $80 to $300 per session. You keep 90% of every booking. The average Triarole host charges $150, earning $135.00 per 4-hour session.
How long does approval take?+
Typically 5–10 business days. We verify your identity, check your credentials, run a background check, and review your video intro. You'll get an email at every step.
What's the actual time commitment?+
Just the session itself — 4 hours. Setup (recording your intro, setting availability) takes about 20 minutes. We handle everything else.
Can I cancel sessions?+
Yes. Cancellations with 72+ hours notice are free. Between 24–72 hours, you receive 25% of the booking fee as a courtesy. Under 24 hours, you forfeit your payout — and repeated late cancellations can affect your host status.
What if a guest no-shows?+
You keep 100% of your payout. We also issue the guest a warning — repeated no-shows result in account suspension.
How does the session happen?+
That's up to you. Virtual hosts typically use Google Meet, FaceTime, or any video call tool they prefer. In-person hosts welcome guests at their workplace. You coordinate the details with your guest after confirming.
Who can host?+
US-based professionals with at least 3 years of experience in their field. Licensed trades and law professionals must have a current licence in good standing. Creative and business hosts are verified via LinkedIn and a portfolio review.
